The Secret Garden

Last week was the Spring 2008 voice recital for McIntire Studios. Abbey performed 3 songs, and I had to break it up into 3 separate posts due to some technical challenges. This first song is "How Could I Ever Know?" from The Secret Garden. I'd like to add additional commentary here, but Abbey gets mad at me when I do that :-(

8th Grade Talent Show

Abbey made her 3rd and final appearence at her middle school talent show last week. In spite of my protests that she should choose something popular with her peers, she chose a song from one of her favorite musicals, Jekyll & Hyde. It turned out beautiful as always. Kids and teachers alike really enjoyed this performance. I'm so proud of her!
